Tuesday, May 19, 2009 CSI Charlotte Awards Banquet
Tuesday May 19th, 2009 at Mez at the EpiCentre 210 E. Trade Street, in uptown Charlotte. MEZ and the EpiCentre Theater are in the same suite, and are located on the second story of the EpiCentre near the back.
All vehicles parked under the Epicentre will be validated or you can park, ride the light rail, and get off at the college street stop.
There will be a special dinner presentation entitled “The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, and its impact on the Charlotte region” Presented by Charlotte Mayor Pat McCrory.
6:00 PM: social hour.
Dinner will be served at 7:00 PM.
Mayor McCrory will speak from 7:30 PM until 8:30 PM
The awards portion will follow Mayor McCrory.
Dress: Business Attire including jackets and ties for men and pantsuits, dresses, or skirts for women.
Dinner:
Mez House Salad: Romaine, hearts of palm, tomato, mushrooms, granny smith apples, candied pecans & house vinaigrette
Entree Selections:
Filet with Pistachio Barnaise served with baked mash potatoes or
Penne with Chicken in a light tomato cream sauce with broccolini or
Cedar Grilled teriyaki glaze salmon with leek-laced wild and basmati rice
Creamy vanilla Oreo cheesecake with chocolate sauce.
Guests: All CSI members are free and are encouraged to bring a spouse or guest. Cost per guest will be $40.
