Broc Higgins is the SE Regional Sales Manager for Tate Access Floors, Inc. and has worked on both the factory and dealer sides of the access flooring industry.  Currently, Broc provides pricing and spearheads promotional efforts in a 7-state territory and draws from over 20 years of experience in the raised access flooring industry.  Broc works to increase awareness in building and operating green to increase energy and resource efficiency with the help of Tate products and systems.  Broc graduated from the University of Houston with a B.A.A. in Marketing..

* Project Delivery options "Bid vs. Construction Management vs. Design-Build".

* Life Safety and Infection Control during Construction.

* Regulatory hurdles - C.O.N./DHSR/DOI/AHJ - How they affect everyone.

Tim Knapp is a Principal and Project Manager for Peterson Associates, a regional healthcare architectural firm located in Charlotte, NC.  Tim received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Architecture from Iowa State University.  Tim has been a registered architect for 15 years with focus in healthcare architecture for the last 12 years.  Tim's multi-disciplinary studio is dedicated to serving the needs of clients such as Carolinas Healthcare System, FirstHealth of the Carolinas, Wake Forest Baptist University, UNC Chapel Hill, and Wayne Memorial Hospital to name a few.

Tim will be sitting for the 2009 registration exam for acceptance into the American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA), a national board certification for architectural professionals specializing in healthcare.
